We share information with payment processors (M-Pesa/Safaricom) for payment processing, and with other users as necessary for bookings (e.g., trainer sees client name). We may share data with law enforcement if required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as theme settings), and improve your experience on the platform.

Uteo is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
